In this book there is a lot of excitement in this book. The old man and the Andy talked fine old man need help to find his dog. Andy is going to help him but he told him if he is going to help him he needs to tell him were some people are.

Andy is still trying to survive while the old guy is giving him stuff to use.  Until the old man saw him in his house that's when thing got bad. The old guy started to chases him until Andy ran in to a cave to hide.

wild man Island

Andy Galloway is still hungry but he is getting things to hunt with from the old guy.  The old guy is still giving him arrow tips use but Andy is still fighting off bears while the old guy is in cabin safe from the bears. Andy still believes his mom is still looking for him.

Andy Galloway is lost on an island and is cold, starvation, and there are bears are around the area. The obstacles are were dangerous and is was raining and there was a lot of bears. He saw some old man wondering around so he called for him the old guy and the old guy herd him and took him back to his cabin and gave arrow tip to use.

The main character is Andy Galloway is a 14 year old boy born in the U.S and whats to set out his fathers dream. The story toke place in Alaska on a island and it has lots of bears and he lost and has no survivor skills.
